Dealing with Anxiety - Day by Day

Hi, I am just a regular guy here and like a lot of people I deal with anxiety every day. One day I decided that what I was doing couldn't be called living anymore and I needed to do something about it. I am changing my life one step at a time and sharing my results. If you have general anxiety, a fear of death or dying, panic attacks or depression then maybe you should read along.
